They passed the Plate to me
I made no contribution
He said Salvation I won`t see

Now Mister Politician
You know I hear the Words you say
You will not raise our taxes
or take our Guns away

But you`re up for Re - Election
and give yourself a raise instead
Now the tax is up and the Guns are banned
And you deny what you once said

The Criminals have the Rights you say
but the Victims pay the Price
As they`re kicking in your Door
Guess we`re supposed to treat them nice

It`s called the legal System
Due process so they say
It has no place for Justice
So the Victims always pay
